Each Les Petites Martine outfit is entirely handmade, made-to-measure, and adapted to your child’s age.

Taking measurements is simple and can be done remotely. For guidance, please consult our dedicated Made-to-Measure page, where you will find a clear and complete tutorial.

Made-to-Measure Couture

Please note:

• Measurements and fittings at the atelier are possible but optional.

• For orders planned several months in advance, we take your child’s growth into account.

Production time: 4 to 8 weeks from receipt of the 50% deposit and the child's measurements (delivery time not included).

Delivery time: approximately 2 to 7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Once payment is received, we send you a personalized fabric preview (textures, colors, materials).

PAYMENT

To reserve the selected fabrics and schedule the making of your bespoke garment, a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your order by bank transfer.

The remaining 50% balance is payable once your garment has been completed, prior to shipment.

As each garment is made exclusively to order, production begins upon receipt of the deposit.

Payment is made by bank transfer, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and transaction security.

Fabric Preview & Sample Selection

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a personalised preview of the selected fabrics, including textures, shades and finishing details.

This allows you to appreciate the textures, admire the colours and experience the elegance of your future garment.

Your garment will be:

• Presented in a luxury box,
• Shipped in a secure package within France and worldwide.

Shipping costs are specified in the quote.

The visuals presented include photographs and illustrations created using artificial intelligence. Their purpose is to faithfully represent the collection's designs, fabrics, colours and finishing details.

All Les Petites Martine garments are made exclusively to order, based on the designs from our collection. Each garment is individually crafted for the client in the selected size, using the child's measurements provided by email and, where applicable, according to any agreed adaptations confirmed at the time of ordering.

In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L221-28, garments made to order or personalised at the customer's request are not eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal.

Upon receipt of the 50% deposit, the selected fabrics are reserved and the atelier schedule is confirmed, allowing production of your garment to begin.
